Relax. You’ve got this. We’ve made the ordering process simple and pain-free. Once you complete your purchase, your brand new hot tub will be delivered curbside within 3-6 weeks. Here’s what happens once you place your order. You've made the decision to buy a new Divine hot tub. Now what? Owning a hot tub can be one of the most exciting times of your life, but we realize you probably have questions about delivery and set up. Don't worry. We get it. In this section of our website we'll provide all the information you need to help you understand what to expect on hot tub delivery day.
1. ORDER ONLINE
Once you click submit, your order is immediately entered into our system. The order can take up to 3-6 weeks to ship. You will receive an email with the tracking information once shipped within 3-6 weeks.Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal. The Delivery Agent will call you soon after your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. YOUR HOT TUB WILL NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL YOU SPEAK WITH THE DELIVERY AGENT AND SCHEDULE A DELIVERY APPOINTMENT. Deliveries are generally Mon—Fri, 8:00am—5:00pm, but are subject to the delivery agent’s delivery schedule.
2. DELIVERY DAY
Your street or private drive must be free and clear of any obstructions, such as low hanging trees or power lines, without sharp turns, and must accommodate a truck pulling a trailer as large as 53’ long and 14’ high. If your street or private drive does not meet this requirement, delivery will be changed to will-call at the delivery terminal. Spas at will-call must be picked up by the customer or customer’s agent. Failure to do so will result in storage charges being assessed until the spa is removed from the terminal. Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck or supplementary vehicle and will be taken off the truck by the Delivery Agent. The spa will be delivered on a pallet on it's side. This item cannot be delivered flat. As the owner, you are required to move your hot tub into the back yard and/or into position. You will need to hire a qualified electrician to connect your hot tub to power (240V required). Your hot tub will include detailed set-up instructions and support is available by phone if needed.
Spas that are refused upon attempted delivery for any reason other than actual physical damage or an incorrect spa shipping, as well as spas left abandoned at the delivery terminal are not subject to the 100% 60 Day Risk-Free Policy detailed below. All actual costs incurred in the shipping and/or storage of spas refused or rejected in the manner stated herein will be deducted from any refund of sale.
You will be required to sign a Bill of Lading. Please note any visible damage to the item or packaging on the Bill of Lading. Remove the packaging and complete inspection for concealed damage within 5 days. A signature is required for all deliveries. You or another authorized person must be home during delivery.

We are committed to offering the best value to our customers, with a 60 day risk-free 100% satisfaction guarantee on all spa models. All spas returned within the 60-day risk-free policy will not incur any shipping or restocking fees and will be refunded 100% on the spa purchase price. The 60 day policy starts on date of delivery per the freight BOL. Please contact Divine Hot Tubs for all returns and questions. All spas must be ready for curbside pickup at the time of shipping. Any / all cost related to special equipment, crane, electrical, water, backyard pickup/delivery, or contractor will not be included or refunded. Please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Bill of Lading. Please note any visible damage to the item or packaging on the Bill of Lading. By receiving the order confirmation email you acknowledge this order will be made custom manufactured to my personal and unique specifications that cannot be changed once work has begun. If the order is placed incorrectly or changes need to be made by the customer it cannot be canceled or refunded under our 90 satisfaction guaranty. If the order is placed wrong by the customer you must notify Divine within 48 hours of purchase date and will accrue a 20% restocking fee and/or shipping cost.
