Here’s what happens once you place your order. You've made the decision to buy a new Divine hot tub. Now what? Owning a hot tub can be one of the most exciting times of your life, but we realize you probably have questions about delivery and set up. Don't worry. We get it. In this section of our website we'll provide all the information you need to help you understand what to expect on hot tub delivery day.
1. ORDER ONLINE
Once you click submit, your order is immediately entered into our system, and Divine customer service is notified. Within 24 hours you will receive a phone call from Divine’s customer service department. Divine customer service will work with you in identifying a day and time that works best for your schedule to deliver your new hot tub. Delivery occurs Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m. As delivery day approaches Divine customer service will reach out again, to double check delivery time and address.
2. DELIVERY DAY
Your street must be free and clear of any obstructions, such as low hanging trees or power lines, without sharp turns, and must accommodate a truck as large as 53’ long and 14’ high. If your street does not meet this requirement, delivery will necessitate other arrangements. Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck or supplementary vehicle and will be taken off the truck by the Delivery Agent. As the owner, you are required to move your hot tub into the back yard and/or into position (Backyard delivery and spa removal may be available at an extra charge. Contact us to check availability and price quote.). You will need to hire a qualified electrician to connect your hot tub to power (240V required). Your hot tub will include detailed set-up instructions and support is available by phone if needed.
You will be required to sign a Bill of Lading. Please note any visible damage to the item or packaging on the Bill of Lading. Remove the packaging and complete inspection for concealed damage within 5 days. A signature is required for all deliveries. You or another authorized person must be home during delivery.
