Service Guidelines:
The homeowner is required to provide full access to the cabinet’s entire service side panels, without any obstructions, to service all internal components. If the spa does not have at least 24" inches of clearance or placed in or under a deck the owner is responsible for all extra cost to provide access and second service trip. There will be no charge for parts or labor to repair the spa, however, you may incur a core-charge and shipping on the parts as well as a reasonable repair-person travel and mileage charge by the servicing company.
Covered under 1-year Warranty:
Fuses, light bulbs, spa pillows, filter cartridges and media sound system, UVC/Ozone,
SPA COVERS, COVER LIFTS, STEPS, AND ANY EQUPIMENT FAILED DUE TO CHEMICAL DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER DIVINE WARRANTY.
